This reviewer was in DC on a short rental apartment-hunting trip for her daughter. What she sought was Tenant Representation, a role outside my specialization of Buyer, Seller and Landlord Representation, but which I consistently refer to trusted Rental Agents. Not mentioned in this review, is that I promptly met Reviewer and showed her an apartment, which I represented for a repeat-client Landlord/Owner. And, with her benefit in mind, I recommended an associate to show her more rental apartments.
